Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate laser Doppler speedometer wherein Doppler signal S/N is high and spatial measurement region is large. SOLUTION: In this speedometer, a beam collimator 7 and a cylindrical lens 13 are disposed behind a laser generator 6, a laser beam 4 is bisected by a beam splitter 8, respective laser beams 4 are caused to cross each other on a measured object by a total reflection mirror, scattered light thereof is guided to a light detector 11 by a light receiving lens 10a, and a signal processing part 12 for processing an output of the light detector is provided. Doppler signal S/N can be improved sharply and spatial measurement region can be kept large.
