Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a concentration of hydrogen ions highly accurately. SOLUTION: An aqueous solution is supplied from an aqueous solution feed means 28 to an electrolytic bath 10. An electrolytic power is supplied from a power source 26 to the electrolytic bath 10, thereby electrolyzing the aqueous solution. A flow rate, a concentration, a temperature of the aqueous solution, an electrolytic voltage, an electrolytic current which are conditions when the aqueous solution is electrolyzed are detected by a flowmeter 48, a concentration meter 50, a thermometer 52, a voltmeter 54 and an ammeter 56. A formation reaction ratio of hydrogen ions because of oxidation of the aqueous solution at different values of one electrolytic condition, e.g., electrolytic voltage and the corresponding electrolytic voltages are stored in a memory part 60. On the occasion of an electrolysis, the formation reaction ratio corresponding to the electrolytic voltage detected by the voltmeter 54 is read out by an operating part 58 from the memory part 60, which is substituted together with electrolysis conditions detected by the flowmeter 48, the concentration meter 50, the thermometer 52, the voltmeter 54 and the ammeter 56 in a calculation formula for a hydrogen ion concentration. The hydrogen ion concentration is calculated in this method. |
