Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a piping insertion space without reducing the strength of a beam. SOLUTION: This piping structure includes a plurality of pillars 3, a plurality of upper beams 4, 5 and lower beams 6, 7 trained between upper and lower ends of these pillars 3, and a building unit 2 having a box shaped skeleton is assembled vertically and horizontally. Herein, piping insertion spaces 31 to 34 are formed between the upper and lower beams 4, 6 by shifting the upper beam 4 of a lower floor building unit 2B opposed vertically more inwardly than the lower beam 6 of an upper floor building unit 2A. A refrigerant pipe 22 of an indoor device 21 is inserted into the piping insertion spaces 31 to 34 and is coupled with the outdoor device 23 provided outside the building.
