Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve optical performance of an optical device by suppressing a surface deformation of a lens generated when the optical device is mounted. SOLUTION: An optical element is manufactured by a first step for measuring the shape of an optical element by setting the optical element to a measuring holder 110 provided with the same holding structure as a holder mounted on an optical device, and a second step for working the optical element by setting the optical element to a work holder 120 provided with a same holding structure as a holder mounted on the optical device.
