SOLUTION: The information concerning a external shape of members 11, 12, 13 is given to a controller 7 as a NC data. A TV camera 9 is arranged to a gate shaped moving device 5, a reference point of a corner, etc., of the member 11 to be an object for edge preparation is picked up for image, rough positioning is conducted. Further, by a 3D sensor 13 and based on the external shape information, a specified position is precisely detected as sensing position data, a precise external shape of the member 11 is obtained. The external shape is represented as a straight line, a circle, a circular arc and a combination of circular arc and straight line, based on a procedure set beforehand corresponding to respective basic graphics, a cutting position and an inclination of a gas cutting torch are decided, thus, the edge preparation is conducted. |
