Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacture an emulsified liquid by which it is possible to manufacture an emulsified liquid of uniform quality. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing an emulsified liquid is to manufacture the emulsified liquid made up at least, water and oil. A device 10 for manufacturing the emulsified liquid is equipped with at least, an emulsifying and stirring tank 11 and a circulation device 13 which delivers a liquid from the emulsifying and stirring tank 11 to circulate it back into the tank 11 through a line emulsifying device 12. The liquid is circulated throughout the entire emulsifying and stirring tank 11 with the help of the circulation device 13 and at the same time, the oil is supplied to the line emulsifying device 12.
