PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a coupling capacitor between windings without changing a conventional pitch between connecting pins or increasing an occupied area so much. SOLUTION: Outside contact parts 21, 24, 25 are projected in the outer direction without changing outline dimensions of a lower flange part 3. Thus, the coupling capacity between the primary windings 4 and the secondary windings 5 is reduced so as to separate a space between lead wire 11 and winding parts 7, and a space between lead wire 12 and winding parts 6. Because of the constant outline dimensions of the lower flange part 3, it is not necessary to change the pitch between connecting pins 13 and 14 located on the lower flange part 3. Also, an increase in occupied space is suppressed by projecting only the outside contact parts 21, 24, 25 of barriers 8, 9 in the outer direction.
