OPTICAL INFORMATION RECORD MEDIUM AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical information record medium and its manufacture capable of preventing the intrusion of an air bubble and also capable of uniformly infiltrating an adhesive on the overall surface of a substrate by a comparatively simple device and easy method. SOLUTION: A center part 14 of one substrate 11 out of a pair of disk-like substrates 11, 12 provided with the information recording surface 13 on at least one of them is formed so as to project from the circumferential surface by the height nearly equal to the thickness of another substrate 12, and a round hole 12a having the inside diameter larger than the outside diameter of the center part is formed on another substrate 12. A pair of these substrates 11, 12 is faced to each other keeping a specified space, and the adhesive 18 is injected between the substrates from the circumferential space of the center part 14 so as to surround the center part 14.
