Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform coding externally without needing to perform a manual intervention operation to a network component itself by a user at the of separately enabling address specification of the network component that is connected through a bus. SOLUTION: Each component has an address which consists of a fixed base address and an offset address that is connected to it. Coding devices VR, HR, VL and HL which are inserted between a bus 15 and corresponding network components 21 to 24 are provided. The coding devices set each offset address by a coding signal which is generated by them and is preliminarily defined.
