Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a rapid increase in NOx concentration in waste gas released in the air and the quantity of leak ammonia by suitably performing denitrification. SOLUTION: A control part receives input of consumption Qo of heavy oil from a flowmeter (step 1), predicts the maximum and minimum values of concentration CN of NOx generated in waste gas based on the consumption Qo (step 2), calculates the quantity Eg of the waste gas at a stack inlet (step 3), calculates the injected quantity Qu of water solution of urea (step 4), and also calculates the maximum value Qmax and the minimum value Qmin of the injected quantity of the water solution of urea corresponding to the maximum and minimum values of the NOx concentration CN (step 5), and controls the injected quantity of the water solution of urea into the waste gas within the range from the maximum value Qmax to the minimum value Qmin . |
