Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intra-pipe foreign matter checking and removing device which can sense automatically any foreign matter existing at a gas insulated bus bar, can make certain removal even though the foreign matter consists of various objects, and perform proper checking whether anything concerned is foreign matter or not. SOLUTION: When a car concerned 1 is running in a sheath 50, the data of the image photographed by a foreign matter inspection camera 2 is processed by an image processing part 20, and when the processing part 20 judges that foreign matter exists on the inner bottom surface of the sheath, the car 1 is once stopped, and the operator checks the matter through a foreign matter checking monitor 15a in a display device 15, when the operator is required to check only that item of foreign matter which has been judged by the processing part 20, so that it is possible to well preclude missing of the check of foreign matter, compared with the second conventional technique in which the operator must find foreign matter and perform checking.
