Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oil pan structure of an engine, suppressing the deterioration of an engine oil, and moreover being improved so as to smoothly inserting an oil level gauge. SOLUTION: A partitioning wall 6 is provided between a crank case 4 and an oil tank 5, and also an oil returning hole 7 is provided on the partitioning wall, moreover an oil level gauge 10 is to be inserted into the oil tank via the oil returning hole. Consequently, combustion gas in the crank case is made difficult to come into contact with an engine oil in an oil pan, and the oil level gauge can be simply inserted by utilizing the oil returning hole provided on the partitioning wall.
