Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject sealant having low modulus and high elongation and excellent in weather resistance and adhesiveness, etc., to base and coating material by including a specific urethane prepolymer and polyethylene glycol diester. SOLUTION: This sealant is obtained by including (A) an isocyanate group- ended urethane prepolymer obtained by polymerizing 20-100 pts.wt. acrylic acid 2-6C alkyl ester in 100 pts.wt. polyoxyalkylene ether type polyol having 3,000 to 20,000 number-average molecular weight, preferably 2.1-2.6 average hydroxyl number and then reacting the resultant acrylic polymer-containing polyol with isocyanate group-ended urethane prepolymer, (B) a polyethylene glycol diester which is preferably a benzoic acid diester of polyethylene glycol in an amount of 1-30 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. component A and (C) as necessary, filler, a thixotropic agent, a pigment, an ultraviolet absorber, an antioxidant, a curing catalyst, a diluent, etc., for viscosity controllers.
