Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardening method of a vinyl ester resin, by which a hardened product having a high hardening degree with small amount of remaining polymerizable monomer is provided at a suitable usable time and hardening rate without causing foaming when mixing the vinyl ester resin with a hardener and a hardening accelerator, and further to obtain a two-pack type hardener. SOLUTION: This hardening method of a vinyl ester resin comprises the use of diisopropylbenzenehydroperoxide and a tertiary alkylperoxy ester as a hardener and the use of a metallic soap and an acetoacetic acid ester as a hardening accelerator. The two-pack type hardener for the vinyl ester resin comprises the first liquid comprising the diisopropylbenzenehydroperoxide, the tertiary alkylperoxy ester and the acetoacetic acid ester, and the second liquid comprising a metallic soap solution.
