SOLUTION: A new zinc/metal hexacyanocobaltate complex of formula I [M is a divalent metal atom comprising Cd, Hg, Pd, Pt, V, Mg, Ca, Ba, Fe, Ni, Mn, Co, Sn, Pb, Sr or Co; X, Y are each a halide, OH, sulfate, carbonate, isocyante, carboxylate, etc.; L is an organic complex ligand derived from an alcohol, an aldehyde, a ketone, an ether, an ester, an amide, etc.; (v) is 0.005-2.995; (w) is 0.1-10; (x) is 0.01-10; (y), (z) are each 0.001-3.0; (m), (n) are each 1, 2].
