The receiver 14 has a receiver main body and a holding piece 14b overhanging in a diameter direction from the receiver main body to axially protrude from the receiver main body to hold the rod-shaped article 12 and the side groove housing the holding piece 14b is formed to the inner peripheral surface of the center hole of the protective cylinder 16. Further, the protective cylinder 16 is brought into slide contact with the inner peripheral surface of the case 18 and a large number of engaging grooves axially spaced apart from each other are provided in the inner peripheral surface of the case while the protruding parts 14c engaged with the engaging grooves are provided to the protective cylinder 16.
