METHOD FOR CARRYING READY-MIXED CONCRETE ON SLOPE OR UNLEVELED GROUND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of ready-mixed concrete and to improve a carrying efficiency when the ready-mixed concrete is carried to a concrete- placing position of a slope or an unleveled ground where a ready-mixed concrete car can not enter. SOLUTION: A crawler dump car 2 is arranged at the foot S0 of a slope S which is the end of an entry road of a ready-mixed concrete car 1 and the cover 10 of a concrete-charging port 8 of a hermetically closed vessel 5 placed on a deck 4 is opened. The chute 12 of the ready-mixed concrete car 1 is put in the concrete-charging port 8 to transfer ready-mixed concrete C into the vessel 5. Then the vessel 5 is tightly closed by closing the cover 10 and then the crawler dump car 2 is moved to a position in the slope S where the concrete is placed. The cover 10 of the concrete-discharging port 9 of the vessel 5 is opened and the vessel is dumped to place the ready-mixed concrete C on the position where the concrete is placed.
