Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a card case in which ground poles are provided electrically so that they are changed over each other after the given time at the high frequency induction electric heat welding for a card case and one contact face of a synthetic resin plane plate with an intermediate plate is welded selectively when electric voltage is applied to energize and the other contact face is welded when the ground poles are changed over. SOLUTION: An upper electrode holding plate 11 and a lower electrode holding plate 12 of a high frequency welder 9 are insulated electrically from a main body 10, and the upper electrode holding plate 11 and the lower electrode holding plate 12 are connected respectively with a changeover box 15 through power source lines 16 of respectively different polarities. The changeover of the ground side is carried out by the changeover of a box 15 simultaneously with the changeover of the polarities of the upper and lower electrodes.
