Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefin based resin laminated sheet, prominent in draw down property and having rigidity, transparency, resistance to cold as well as resistance to heat upon manufacturing and the like of a vessel or a lid employed for the field of foodstuff packaging material. SOLUTION: An olefin based resin laminated sheet is constituted of surface layers of olefin based resin, having the density of 0.920 g/cm or less and the melt flow rate of 0.3-20 g/10 min, and an intermediate layer, containing 15 wt.% or more of polyolefin resin and having the melt flow rate of 10 g/10 min or less as well as the density of 0.940 g/cm or less while being pinched between the surface layers. In this case, the maximum amount of sagging of the sheet is specified so as to be 20 mm or less when a sheet having the thickness of χ mm of central horizontal part, apart from upper and lower heater surfaces, heated to 450 deg.C, by 15 cm, is heated for the period of time of f(x). Here, f(x) is shown by the formula of f(x)=31.6x+20.5.
