Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor vessel system that can carry out homogeneous polymerase chain reaction(PCR) in a plurality of vessels at a time in all. SOLUTION: This reactor vessel system 10 comprises a plurality of adjacent chambers 12, 14, 16, 18. Each chamber 12, 14, 16, 18 has the front wall, the back wall and two of side walls and the bottom where the front wall and the back wall end at their uppermost edges to form the upper openings, respectively. The side walls 21, 23 of individual chambers 12, 14, 16, 18 comprises the side walls common to the adjacent chambers and a plurality of chambers 12, 14, 16, 18 arranged so that they may be integrally linked. The front walls of individual chambers 12, 14, 16, 18 have each an inlet for adding liquid and elastic plugs 40 are put inside of the upper openings above the inlet and formed so that the plugs may plug the addition inlets and stopper the individual chambers 12, 14, 16, 18, when they move downward below the uppermost edge. The plugs 40 are bridged over to all of the chambers 12, 14, 16, 18 in the reactor vessel 10 so that all of the chambers may be closed their addition inlets simultaneously, when they move downward below the uppermost edge 30.
