Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve executability by reducing a cost of a case for an underground wire conduit. SOLUTION: A manhole case is manufactured as a concrete structure having an underground conduit of a transmission line (a) by a centrifugal force molding reinforced concrete formed with a person entrance/exit hole 5 at a ceiling base 4 with a foundation base 3 and the base 4 formed with substantially flat upper and lower surfaces over substantially overall length of its pipeline axial direction on upper and lower outer surfaces of a cylindrical body 1 The centrifugal force molding is low manufacturing cost. The bases 3, 4 of sizes of the same degree are provided at the upper and lower surfaces to be adapted to suitability to its manufacture. An outer surface intermediate part of the body 1 is formed thicker at 1b than the other part in width including the hole 5 to reinforce the entrance/exit hole. The hole 5 is opened via a height regulating cylindrical block 6 on an upper surface of the ground. A cover plate 7 is detachably provided on the hole 5. Both ends of the body 1 are blocked by end plates 8 having the introducing holes for the line (a).
