Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and rapidly collect highly pure copper and iron, first, by beating or softening resin being adhered to a copper wire placed on the stator of a motor, then, cutting the copper wire in the stator at nearly right angle to a rotary axis, and then separating the copper wire from the stator. SOLUTION: First, a waste motor 1 is subjected to a heat treatment, thus carbonizing or burning such resin as varnish adhered to a copper wire 6 into pieces. Then, both edges of the waste motor 1 are gripped by a pair of chucks 10 from the outer side of a casing 2 and is cut along a cut line 12 at right angle to a motor axis 5 at nearly the center along the longer direction of a stator 3 by a cutting apparatus 11. Then, the cutting surfaces are brought into contact with a flat plate magnet chuck for attracting the stator 3 and the rotor 4, and the copper wire 6 is separated from the casing 2 made of iron, the stator 3, and the rotor 4, thus performing treatment while individually separating copper and iron and collecting pure copper and iron. |
