Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement of convenience of a retrieval processing by making it possible to retrieve necessary information in real time during edition of a document. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a client 100 for specifying an arbitrary range of a document prepared in advance, analyzing a structure of a character string within the specified range, generating a retrieval condition by using the character string within the specified range and outputting it and a retrieval server 103 for inputting the retrieval condition from the client 100, performing a retrieval processing by using a transposition file 102 and retrieving a document concerned in a document DB101.
