METHOD FOR STANDARDIZING TARGET CHROMATOGRAPHIC SYSTEM, METHOD FOR CALIBRATING COLUMN TEMPERATURE OF IT, AND METHOD FOR CONFIRMING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow direct comparison of information arising from a different system and the same system, at different time point, by providing a new method for standardizing a chromatographic system. SOLUTION: A primary chromatographic system 10 is operated with a standard sample at a plurality of temperatures for generating a primary holding time, and the primary holding time is adapted to a function which decides a thermodynamic constant which relates the holding time to a temperature. A target chromatographic system is operated with the standard sample for generating a secondary holding time. The function is applied to the holding time to determine a column parameter effective to a target system, then the function is applied to the parameter and the primary holding time for deciding a pressure program.
