Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need to assemble forms at a site by a clamps, etc., and to effect a bar arrangement work by a method wherein concreting forms are arranged at a site, the forms are composed of a steel sheet and a perforated sheet, and concrete flows through a space between the steel sheet and the perforated sheet. SOLUTION: Longitudinal and lateral main reinforcing bars are fixed on a steel sheet 2, and upper longitudinal main reinforcing bars 3 and upper lateral main reinforcing bars 5 are arranged and held at a given distance D1 from the steel sheet 2. Further, lower longitudinal main bars 4 and lower lateral main bars 6 are also arranged at a given distance (cover) from the steel sheet 2. A perforated sheet 9 is arranged in parallel to the steel sheet 2 at the outside of the upper lateral main reinforcing bar 5 with a given cover D2 and held by a holding member 10, fixed at the main reinforcing bar. The perforated sheet 9 is formed of a perforated plywood, having holes too small to allow flow out of ready mixed-concrete, a mesh sheet made of metal, a lath sheet made of a metal or the like. This constitution forms a space 12 between the steel sheet 2 and the perforated sheet 9 and forms the space 12 such that upper and lower part and right and left parts are opened. |
