Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording sheet of high surface glossiness and superior ink absorbability and also of high transparency usable for an OHP film. SOLUTION: The ratio between the pore volume of radius of 3 nm or more to 13 nm or less and the pore volume of radius of 13 nm or more to 50 nm or less of an ink acceptive layer is set in the range of 0.3 or more to 0.9 or less. Also the pore volume of radius of 13 nm or more to 50 nm or less is set in the range of 0.1 ml/g or more to 0.5 ml/g or less.
