Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a data carrier by sealing it in a case at low cost without breaking internal parts. SOLUTION: A resin sheet 31 is pressurized and formed by a pressurizing die with the same recess as that of a data carrier unit 10. And the data carrier unit 10 is stored in the recess. Next, a resin sheet 35 constituted of the same material is put from an upper part, its circumference is stuck by being pressurized and sealed. In this way, the data carrier with high gastightness is mass-produced at low cost by defining the resin sheet as the case.
