Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively and objectively test material separation characteristics of a flesh concrete arranging a steel fiber and having a high fluidity property and perform the quality management. SOLUTION: After a constant amount of sample 2 is filled in a specified stipulated container 1 and is oscillated for a specified period of time, the sample 2 is gathered in an equal amount from an upper part and a lower part in the container 1 and a steel fiber amount in each sample is measured. Based on the steel fiber amount in the upper sample 2 and the steel fiber amount in the lower sample 2, a material separation index serving as an index representing the material separation characteristics in the steel fiber is calculated. Quality of a flesh concrete is managed so as to maintain the index to be less than a management value set previously.
