Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an equipment small in size, to make omission of a wiring laying process possible, and to reduce the burden of processing on the centralized monitoring device side. SOLUTION: The integrating batch flowmeter 30 computes an instantaneous flow rate on the basis of a flow rate detection signal SFL from a flow sensor 31, starts addition of the instantaneous flow rate on the basis of integrated indication data DDRVO from a centralized monitoring device EXCT, calculates an integral flow rate, judges whether or not the calculated integral flow rate reaches a set integral flow rate set beforehand, and outputs integration end data DEND. Therefore, the centralized monitoring device EXCT and the integrating batch flowmeter 30 can be connected directly, provision of a local monitoring panel is dispensed with and thus equipment can be made small in size.
