Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vibration isolating elastmer, dealing with vibration in a low frequency band, at a low cost without causing malfunction such as buckling. SOLUTION: Elastmer layers 2 and 3 having different hardness are laminated alternately. The application of a load in a direction parallel to the respective layers 2 and 3 of the elastmer having different hardness can obtain a vibration isolating effect also to vibration in a low frequency band by the elastmer layer 3 having low hardness, and can support the load by the elastmer layer 2 having high hardness, thereby preventing buckling, and also thinning thickness in a load direction.
