Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control valve for an internal combustion engine, which can rapidly and accurately cope with a variation in the period of valve overlap, caused by a change in valve timing, so as to carry out preferable fuel injection supply. SOLUTION: An electronic control unit (CPU) 50 controls a valve timing mechanism (VVT) 23 for changing the opening and closing timing of exhaust and intake valves, that is, the valve timing, and sequentially estimates a temperature of the inside of an intake air port from a variation in the degree of valve overlap corresponding to the valve timing. Further, the volume of fuel sticking to the interior of the intake port from the estimated temperature, thereby it is possible to obtain an optimum air-fuel ratio. |
