TOILET STRUCTURE ALSO USED FOR EMERGENCY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective emergency countermeasure by connecting a trap to be connected to a sewage main pipe in a piping pit in an attachable/ detachable manner immediately below an excretion discharge hole of a toilet so that the toilet is detached from the toilet in an emergency and the piping pit is used as an excretion tank. SOLUTION: A toilet is used as a flush toilet in a normal condition, and the excretion is dropped into a trap 20 from an excretion discharge hole 6a of each toilet 6 through a connection pipe 14, and stored in water W in the trap 20. Water W is flushed from a low tank 35 to discharge the excretion in the trap 20 into a sewage main pipe 31 through a flexible pipe 29 and the piping 32, using the toilet as the regular flush toilet. In an emergency such as an earthquake, the connection pipe 14 connected to the excretion discharge hole 6a and the trap 20 are detached, the lower end of the connection pipe 14 is opened in a piping pit 8, and the flush toilet is used as a night-soil type toilet where the piping pit 8 is the excretion tank, immediately coping with an emergency.
