Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the rotor core stacking thickness of a rotor constant by forming pressing plates for fixing the permanent magnet rotor core to a shaft and fixing a permanent magnet embedded in the rotor core. SOLUTION: Rotor cores 3a are stacked at the roughly central part of a shaft 1 in the axial direction and the laminated rotors 3 are shrinkingly-fitted and fixed to the shaft 1. A pressing plate 10 formed out of a material having the identical coefficient of linear expansion as that of the rotor core 3 is shrinkingly-fitted and fixed to both ends of the rotor core 3a of the rotor 3 and the shaft 1. A permanent magnet 2 is mounted on the rotor core 3a and incorporated into an inserting slot 3b through a resin material. A pressing plate 11 for fixing the permanent magnet 2 is spigot-fitted to the outside diameter of the pressing plate 10 and fixed to the pressing plate 10 with bolts. |
