Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for measuring a total sum of comfortableness to a living body effected by a deed to the living body requiring a certain extent of time, and assessing. SOLUTION: This method for discriminating a comfortableness given by a deed is to asses the comfortableness by taking the concentration of a corticosteroid and/or its metabolite in a body fluid of the living body receiving the specific deed as an index. As the corticoid hormone and/or its metabolite, one kind, or two kind or more selected from dehydroandrosterone sulfate, 17- ketosteroid sulfate and dehydroepiandrosterone are cited.
