Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add the feedback video signals of a trail or the like to synthetic video images after inter-channel synthesis so as to give natural special effects to the inputted inter-channel synthetic images. SOLUTION: An inter-channel synthesis means 3 receives the video signals of respective channels and synthesizes images by using a video synthesis means and a key synthesis means. A feedback synthesis means 4 synthesizes the present video signals and the feedback video signals fed back for every frame or every field based on a feedback rate (a) and a remaining rate P. In such a manner, in the special effect of the synthetic image of the trail or the like, an unnatural image is not generated in a superimposed part and natural synthetic images are obtained.
