PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform measurement for making a decision whether a part can be reused or not efficiently while reducing measurement miss by providing an indication that the characteristics of a part are measured in the vicinity of the part for which a decision is made whether it can be reused or not. SOLUTION: When a printed circuit board soldered with an electric part corresponding to address indication of electric part is spent while being mounted in a copy machine because of replacement of the copy machine, the spent product is recovered and recycled and the parts to be reused are sorted from the parts not to be reused. The printed circuit board has a merit to be recycled and reused as a whole and thereby it is recycled. In this regard, an aluminum electrolytic capacitor C7 is a part of limited lifetime and a decision must be made whether the aluminum electrolytic capacitor has been deteriorated through aging when the circuit board is reused as a whole. An indication 'measurement for reuse' is thereby presented clearly.
