Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify constitution and the stages in a production process by using the same material in forming a reflection film covering an information recording region and antenna coils for information transmission and reception and operating power supply to an electronic circuit which is formed in an information un-recording region and is capable of writing/reading out the information without contact. SOLUTION: The surface of the information recording region 102 of a disk-like substrate 201 is covered by the reflection film 203 consisting of aluminum, gold, silver, copper, etc. The antenna coils 105 connected to the electronic circuit embedded in a recessed part 202 formed in the information un-recording region is spirally formed on the surface formed with the reflection film 203 of the information un-recording region. The antenna coils 105 are formed of the conductive material, such as aluminum, gold, silver or copper, which is the same material as the material used for the reflection film 203. The antenna coils 105 are formed by a technique, such as vapor deposition or sputtering, using a mask member simultaneously with the reflection film 203. The reflection film 203, the antenna coils 105, the electronic circuits, etc., are covered by a protective film 204.
