PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of fuel exchange work by reducing the load of operations in fuel exchange. SOLUTION: A fuel exchange machine controller 100 for controlling a fuel exchange machine 1 is provided with a present position detector 2 for detecting the individual present positions of a bridge and a trolley, a present position input means 3, a movement zone input means 5 for inputting the movement initiation position and movement termination position, a movement path calculation means 4, a movement path container 6 for containing passing target positions of each of the bridge and the trolley set by the movement path calculation means, and a velocity output control means 7 for calculating the operation velocity, converting to a velocity reference signal and outputting, by inputting the path target position of the bridge and the trolley from the movement container and feedback-inputting in real time the present position of the bridge and the trolley from the present position input means.
