Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and simplify operation by processing signal data formed by a detector for integrating a signal for a specific number of flashes with a computer by receiving diffused light due to a beam passing through a sample. SOLUTION: A flash lamp light source 14, a container 16 of a light absorbing sample 18, a detector 22, a lattice 20, an appropriate mirror and an appropriate lens are provided, and a computer 24 is used. A beam 42 from the light source lamp 14 forms a balanced beam 44 through a condensing lens 30 and a collimator lens 34 and passes through the sample 18 in the container 16 through an optical fiber 32. Further, the beam is focused by the detector 22 from the lattice 20 using concave mirrors 41 and 42 through a condensing lens 28 and an optical fiber 40. The detector 22 is provided with a linear array of photodetecting diode, integrates input radiation during a constant lamp flashing, and forms signal data 45 for indicating a sample 18. The computer 24 receives the signal data 45, forms spectrum data by a CPU 52, and displays the data on a screen 58.
