Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and efficiently manufacturing an incinerated flying ash obtained by removing a chlorine content from the ash obtained by burning a material to be burned containing a chlorine such as a municipal refuse or the like. SOLUTION: The method for recovering an incinerated flying ash generated by burning a material to be burned containing a chlorine comprises the steps of existing an alkali metal and/or a heavy metal at the time of burning so that a molar equivalent ratio (M/Cl) of a chlorine amount (C1) in the ash to a total amount (M) of the alkali metal and the heavy metal becomes 1 or more, and then washing the flying ash, thereby obtaining the ash having a reduced chlorine content.
