VOLUME REDUCTION DEVICE OF PLASTIC BOTTLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain simple carrying by crushing a bulky plastic bottle to the size of about 1/7 to 1/10 thereof by a small-sized, movable plastic bottle volume reduction device for the purpose of making the collection and reproduction of the plastic bottles more popular. SOLUTION: A single phase motor 5 transmits the rotation from a V-pulley 7 to a V-belt 6 to rotate two double helical gears 1, 2, and plastic bottles, which are introduced from an introducing port 3, through the gaps between the two double helical gears 1, 2, come out in the flat-face and with the volume reduced. The label of the resulting flat-face plastic bottle is cut off by means of a cutter.
