Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make only one shift lever sufficient and prevent erroneous operation. SOLUTION: A click ball 18 of the tip end of a head member 10 is pushed against a click groove 19 to engage the rotary position of a shift lever 5 with an one of a neutral position N, a first step forward F1, a second step forward F2, a reverse first step R1, a reverse second step R2 and a shift switch is shifted and switched to at the position corresponding to the tip end of the head member 10. An engagement plate 25 installed in the tip end part of the shift lever 5 restricts a first engaging part 26 not to be continuously shaken unless the first engaging part 26 which is butted against a step 36 or a step 37 of a step-like guide 31 is mounted on an upper step 34 or an upper step 35 by shaking the shift lever 5 upward. Further, a second engaging part 27 is moved down toward the side of a jump-over restricting projected part 32 when the shift lever is shaken upward and the second engaging part is made to stop the rotation until the shift lever is dropped to the inside of a lower step 33 when the shift lever is turned back in the direction toward the neutral position above the upper step 34 or the upper step 35.
