SOLUTION: The information system is provided with an information center 6, a broad band network 5, and a converter that has at least one coaxial network and digital data are sent to the broad band network 5 thereby, each channel is provided with a digitizer to modulate and digitize the channels in the information center and a multiplexer 8 multiplexes the digitized channels into one digital stream.
