Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the transporting work while reducing the space being occupied by transportation. SOLUTION: The body (exposing apparatus) 1 contained in a chamber is secured onto a frame caster 2 into which the fork section 5 of a catch pallet 3 having wheels 7 can be inserted. The frame caster 2 is fixed with a lift 13 having a hydraulic cylinder 14 and a lift block 15 fixed rotatably to the operating shaft thereof. The wheels 7, 8 are retractible hydraulically in the vertical direction. At the time of advancing straight, the body 1 is transported while being lifted by projecting the wheels 7, 8 downward. When the advancing direction is changed, the body 1 is lifted by means of the lift 13 and turned about the lift 13. Subsequently, the body 1 is lowered and advanced straight while being supported by the casters 7, 8.
