Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solid electrolytic capacitor excellent in the impedance characteristics and reliability in which a capacitor element is not slacked when a separator is carbonized or impregnated with a solution of oxidizing agent. SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor excellent in the impedance characteristics and reliability comprises a capacitor element 6 obtained by winding an anode foil 1 and a cathode foil 2 through a separator 3, an anti-slack tape 5 for the capacitor element 6, an electrolyte provided between the anode foil 1 and the cathode foil 2 through the separator 3, a case for containing the capacitor element 6, and a member for sealing the opening of the case wherein the anti-slack tape 5 is a polyimide film coated with adhesive.
