FIXING EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temperature rise of an induction coil at a fixing equip ment having a fixing roller of an induction heating system. SOLUTION: In this fixing equipment, a heat insulating member 31 is provided by being brought into close contact with a coil upper face, so as to cover an induction coil 13 wound at a fixed shaft (bobbin) 11 which is arranged in the inside of a fixing roller core bar 20. Also, a heat absorbing member (for instance belt member) 32 is provided on the outside of the heat insulating member 31. Thus, the heat insulating member 31 reduces the effects due to radiant heat from the core bar 20 to the induction coil 13 and prevents the temperature rise of the induction coil 13. Furthermore, the effects of heat from the core bar are reduced by the heat absorbing member 32.
