Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent balancing weight from polluting environment even if the weight is disposed and from making impurities even if the weight is recycled by sticking and fixing the weight that an adhesive applied double-surfaced adhesive tape is stuck to flat rubber to a side surface of a tire. SOLUTION: Balancing weight is one that a butyl-based adhesive applied double-surfaced adhesive tape 2 is stuck to flat rubber 1 and iron powder is mixed in the flat rubber 1 so as to increase weight. Peel paper 21 is stuck to an exposed surface of the double-surfaced adhesive tape 2. This peel paper is peeled, is stuck to the side surface of a tire and is fixed to the tire. Because the mounting is easy and a material to be used is rubber, an environmental pollution is not generated like lead, even if the material is disposed. Because the weight is not mounted on an iron or aluminum wheel, the weight does not become impurities for iron and aluminum, even if the wheel is recycled.
