Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage controller for a capacitor which can quickly unify the voltages of capacitor cells of the capacitor constituted of a plurality of the serially connected capacitor cells. SOLUTION: A voltage controller for a capacitor which transfers electric charge between capacitor cells of a capacitor 1 constituted of serially connected n capacitor cells C1 -Cn is provided with a capacitor 6 for voltage correction, a selection means 4 for selecting one capacitor cell, an electric charge transfer path formation means 5 for connecting the selected cell to the capacitor 6 for voltage correction, and a controller 9 for controlling the selection means 4 and the electric charge transfer path formation means 5 based on the voltage of each capacitor cell. The controller 9 controls the selection means 4 and the electric charge transfer path formation means 5 so that electric charge may be transferred from the cells of high terminal voltage to those of low terminal voltage. |
