Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker device for a television receiver by which a reproduced sound filled with presence is obtained with a simple structure by using one speaker. SOLUTION: In this speaker device 10 for a television receiver constituted by mounting one speaker 21 in a speaker cabinet 22 mounted between the side in a main body casing and the side of a cathode-ray tube of the television receiver and providing a sound guiding horn 22c in front of the speaker 21, the cross-sectional area of the sound guiding horn 22c is drawn down a in a midway between a radiation surface 22c1 at the side of the speaker 21 and an opening edge 22c3 at a sound output side.
