Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the work progress conditions of respective processes for preparing electronic data for printing graspable in real time and to make it possible to output printed matters at appropriate time. SOLUTION: This printing system is provided with a data centralized management means 10 for centralizedly managing the electronic data for printing and integrating an output environment, a progress management means 18 for managing the processes for preparing the electronic data and a network means 19 capable of access from a separated place. The operators of proof sheet, print plate and the printed matter pull out the electronic data for printing from the data centralized management means 10 through the network means 19 while grasping the work progress conditions of the respective processes for preparing the electronic data for printing in real time by referring to the progress management means 18 through the network means 19.
